It's a clean start, im on laptop speakers so i can't really hear much of subs etc.. Looking forward to the finished version.

I dunno what the standards are for the MAC competition, so it's kinda hard for me to review this.
To be a plain dubstep tune, it's pretty empty, even for a loop. the bass is nice but a bit repetitive. Again I don't know what the standards were for the competition so yeah ^^
You talked about a sample pack in the review down here with basses that every dubstep producer uses? Well I'm a dubstep producer, haven't heard of that sample pack yet , if you could link me up? :)

it's good, but your arpegiated lead is waaaay too loud really...
rest of the song is dark, which i like , cool bass but your kick sample is pretty poor. Replace it , or atleast layer it with a few other kick sounds, equalize them so you get a real tight kicksound :)
Oh and i love the spooky sound ^^

Hmm... Listen with head phones because I make a surrounding effect so you can hear the beat from another ear... You'll hear it clearly... And there is anothe kick too... Many kicks at the same time takes a lots of memory so I made it like this, because I've used big kicks in many other songs so I wanted to make a calm beat with some action too...

Pretty decent even, it's a mix between trance, drumstep , breakbeat and some electro influences. I know you wanna focus on the bass, but your kick is really drowning under all that bass, you should EQ it abit, cut the lowest freq's so it doesn't get in the way of the bass :)
Your snare is great, i like it alot.
Bass needs just a bit more power to it, not louder but just more power .
Rest sounds good man, keep it up!

amazing man, i'm quite astonished how every sound fully comes to it's right. Everything is mixed in so perfectly, and with that a banging melody.
It's not very dancable indeed, but that doesn't have to be, it's pretty fucking sweet as it is now! :D

Off to a very good start
There's still work imo, your intro starts out of no where and the drop was kinda unexpected aswell. Think if you fix that you'd be a whole lot further. I LOVE your swagga acapella, if you don't mind i'd love to have it (send me with a PM?).

usually i think electro is kinda a weak dance genre, with all the bleeps and stuff, but i get the feeling i could really party to this. the high pitched synths aint of the sort that make me feel annoyed.
Nice bass aswell, gives a good groove to your tune. I was abit doubtful about the drop but the rest of the tune is good man

badass bass man, I think you're on to something! Your bleep-lead is abit annoying, i'd change that and yeah work towards a drop, then have this pump.
